Apple made news when it was among one of the first national retailers to close its locations in many countries. Now the company is leading the charge on the other side, announcing that it could start re-opening some of its stores in the first half of April.
The company wouldn’t comment, and it wasn’t clear which stores would open or even in which country. But the idea shows that the huge retailer thinks the virus will have run its course enough to make it safe for employees and customers to be gathering in retail locations.
Apple already reopened its stores in China earlier this month.
