    IT MOST CERTAINLY IS LUDICROUS TO HAVE KAMALA HARRIS INVOLVED IN ANY WAY. IT WOULD BE FAIR TO SAY THAT SHE IS OBSESSED WITH RACISM. THE ANALOGY SHE USES JUST GOES TO SHOW YOU HOW RADICAL AND RACIST SHE IS.

      John, to call Kamala Harris ‘racist’ is really ridiculous. As far as her appointment, one needs to look at what choices Biden had. He had chosen Harris to be his 2nd in command and this Border affair is indeed a tough one.
      One cannot give this tasks to some junior in his administration, so, short of adding it to his own ‘must do’ list, passing this to his VP would seem a VERY normal and reasonable option. And do NOT underestimate Kamala Harris.
      I have Canadian friends who went to high-school with her in Montreal and report that she was a ‘very smart cookie’ and at least I think she will have far more compassion and understanding of the needs of those at the border than the last President was. Not all, but MANY of those at the border are in SERIOUS need of a safer place to live. Even for those who get in, you guys down south will clearly not make life easy for them .. but many will become strong citizens ‘down the road’ and more than compensate for any costs involved. FACT: Nearly ALL of North America is made up from individuals who at one time or another ‘crossed the border’ and both America (and Canada) are stronger becauseof it. Who are we to say, ‘it belongs to us white guys !’ It clearly did not !.,, and neither should we slam the door on those who’s lives are seriously being threatened in South America right now. If the roles were reversed and YOU were outside, what would YOU think ?
      Yes, a screening MUST be done .. but also Yes … those in real need should be welcomed.
      Personally, I’d say there is a 50/50 chance that Harris could become Pres.one day ..and the more experience she gets now, the better. And yes, from what I know of her to date … she could be FAR better than some previous ones.

      Are we a bunch of cowards lacking the balls to man up?Or are we Americans without fear willing to defend our God given rights and liberties and the preservation our country for the sake of our children and there children to come!
      As Americans we have the responsibility to do what’s necessary to save our home from all enemies both foreign and domestic.The time is now,we must must back down.Together We The People must bring these tyrannical communist terrorist to justice for the crimes against our constitutional rights and national security…Wake up call to our soldiers who are guarding theses terrorist and not putting them in jail where they belong.how can you all just stand there and watch as the destroy what you swore to defend?you have our support let’s take our country back end this threat now while we still have a country to save.Wake up Americans it’s up to us and we must stand now now and never back down

    A federal Court Judge can not amend the Constitution. The decision on Gun use is a decision that only the States can deal with by way of a Constitutional Amendment. No the Supreme Court decisions are NOT the supreme law.

      I disagree James, when the Supreme Court rules something constitutional or unconstitutional, that’s the end of it, whether we like or not.

          And IF the Supreme Court agrees with the 9th Circuit and says the 2nd Amendment doesn’t give you the right to carry your gun outside your home, then what?

      I agree with you. There is a leagle way to change anything in the US Constitution and it cannot be done by aFederal or state Supreme Court. The Supreme Court only function is to determine if the argument in question is or is not legal according to the constitution and cannot make laws from the bench.

    9th circuit Court better look at the Constitution because it is our actual right to have and bear arms to print to protect home and family at any time from the enemy I find this very disgusting that they would do that to Americans that are here that have the right to be here and the ones that are born here this is not right so let’s all stick up for our second amendment right we have the right to have and bear arms second amendment thank you and get rid of Joe Biden Beijing Biden Kamala Harris and all of them they’re all crooks 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

      Yes, the Founding Fathers cleverly made it hard to change the Constitution, but that does not mean it’s impossible. The 5th amendment explains how it’s done and ‘the bottom line’ is that almost anything is up for change as long as ¾ of the States (38) are ready to ratify it.
      So, being as the 2nd amendment was written for very different times to those we have now, perhaps it’s overdue for a change and when it happens, some will have to give up some of their dangerous and unjustified ‘toys’ and sorry, but in my books, anyone who calls either the Pres or VP ‘a crook’ is being a traitor to their country (just try that in a dozen other countries I could name). Our leaders are legally voted in with a majority Electoral Votes and once there, deserve to be respected even if you don’t agree. VOTING is the constitutional way to express where your support lays … not insulting your legal leaders. If we can all just respectfully follow the law as it stands, we will all get along much better and USA will be united again. It can never ‘be great again’ until that happens, so why not all try harder to be part of the solution.

    When did YOUR forefathers cross the border ? Not so far back is my educated guess. Missing the Med perhaps ?
    That’s all fine with me …. I’ve only been here 65 years myself, but at least I value what immigrants bring .. and so should you. I was personally Paid to come over to teach a profession to North Americans for which little education was available here ..,and spent 40 years ‘giving back’. That is how America is built and why we are ‘creatively strong’.
    Now we just need to set a better example to the rest of the world, instead of acting like selfish idiots.

    When the Bill of RIghts were the first ten amendments to our Constitution in the late 1700s they were using single-shot pistols and muskets, using black powder. The founding “fathers” could have never have anticipated what the technological developments that have happened to firearms and weapons. No bullets, no cartridges, no semi or fully automatic firearms. Look what technology has created. Machine guns, smart bullets, radioactive bullets, various ranges of Calibers and Guages for rifles and shotguns, hand grenades, fire throwers, petroleum-based Molotov cocktails, bombs – conventional and nuclear (much more deadly than cannons), and the second amendment says nothing about concealed and unconcealed firearms. They did have knives, bows and arrows. Now we have crossbows and cross pistols, Laser light, and optical scopes with night-light beams. We also have a complete option of knives, axes, and hatchets. Baseball bats, golf clubs, and tools that could be used as weapons.

    The 2nd Amendment is very clear. The wording isn’t difficult to understand or vague. All legal law-abiding American citizen has the RIGHT, YES THAT’S CORRECT IT IS A GOD GIVEN RIGHT!!! THAT INCLUDES OPEN CARRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO THE STUPID STATEMENT THAT SCOUTS WRITES THE CONSTITUTION IS NOT CORRECT. All that SCOUTS does is rule whether a law is constitutional or not. SCOUTS has been given way too much maneuvering room. When making statements on the rule of our constitution SCOUTS must remain VERY CONSERVATIVE!!!

    No gun law in the United States is legal – see the explanation on TheRepublicStandardNews.com – what part of “…shall not be infringed.” Is not clear? A simple thing to keep in mind is that the Declaration of Independence and the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution provides us with the RIGHT as well as, most importantly, the DUTY to abolish a destructive government and at the same time, we are provided with the Second Amendment which is there to protect us from the government – which is the very government which is trying to take our guns so that we cannot protect ourselves from that very same government.

    Therefore, any law that infringes on those rights of gun ownership or that attenuates their use in any way infringes on our rights to own guns – our Founding Fathers in establishing the 2nd Amendment took into consideration the history of the former kings of England who felt that it was better to trust their subjects with arms and to supplement the militia in conjunction with the financed Army – another attempt by the government is to define what guns we own and that we do not need the same weapons as the military. They ignore totally the fact that in the battle for our independence in 1775 and in the war of 1812 civilians had better weapons than our military and on two occasions, that kept us from losing the war to England, the battle of Fort McHenry in 1814 and the battle of New Orleans 1815 it was a small number of military, the Barataria pirates and a large force of civilians with Kentucky and Tennessee long rifles, as well as cannons that defeated the 3000 battle-hardened British soldiers to win the war. There are no restrictions in the Second Amendment as to what guns can be owned by citizens.

    My first thought was, this is more like the 9th Circuit Court not the 8th. This is more of a group of Red States, omitting Minnesota of course. I don’t understand their reasoning at all when the 2nd Amendment is in jeopardy and with that thrown out, the 1st amendment will follow. Then Socialism will begin.
    Kamala scoffed when approached by reporters when asked about Joe put her in charge of the border crisis and if she was planning on going to the border. These two will go down in history, wait history books are taking many facts out, but they will be our new reigning champions of the worse duo in the White House. Soon they will do away with all National Cemeteries.
